Return Policies

Once an order is placed through the website or any platform, we do not accept exchanges or returns. All sales are final. Once and order is submitted no edits or cancellations will be permitted.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Khari Bee Collection will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered by the Postal Office to the address provided. Upon request The Khari Bee Collection can provide confirmation of the delivery and any information needed to investigate relative information for the package.  Insurance is also offered to cover these incidents.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect all items within 3 days of delivery. If an item received is damaged, please contact us by email providing proof of the damages which Includes the inside and outside of the packaging, and any relative information to support your claim. If any items are missing, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
