Processing Time

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing orders. All orders placed after 4pm CST will fall into the next day orders.  (Business days are Monday through Fridays excluding holidays and weekends.) Shipping may be delayed due to COVID-19. Processing and Ordering times during Black Friday and Cyber Monday will be 12-14 business days excluding weekends and holidays. * We plan to ship before that time frame but due to high volume sales it’s an estimated change that could occur*

Shipping Policies

 All orders will be shipped priority or ground mail by USPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. All packages will require Insurance, or a signature required for protection.

 

International orders

 International orders are shipped USPS, or DHL. We do not cover import duty charges at any given time. If the item is returned due to importing duty fees the customer maybe subjected to a refund for the item only. please contact The Khari Bee Collection for more information.

 Incorrect Shipping

If a package is returned back to The Khari Bee Collection and the company made a mistake, we will honor reshipping out any packages with the corrected information that was provided. If a package is returned due to a customer making a mistake or not being home to receive their package, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee if it exceeds the maximum shipment attempts allotted by the postal company. Please contact the shipping company if any pickup locations options are needed.

Items Not in Stock

We plan to have all items fully stocked, however if any item is placed on back order, we will provide an estimated date or alternative options. If multiple items are purchased, we will still ship out the available items at that time.
